And his name was ...

At first I thought it was just a coincidence. Except that I've never believed in coincidences.

A woman I'd been coaching for a while who had all but given up hope of ever meeting one of the good guys I kept telling her to believe in, met someone.

His name was Nick.

He was different from all the rest. He was the opposite of her ex and the men she'd dated before.

I had a feeling about this one. And I was right. When he asked her to marry him a year later, she said yes.

That was the first Nick.

Then there was another woman who came to me out of the blue (but never out of the blue!) doing a Google search for "getting over emotionally unavailable men."

Same story. Out of love. Out of hope. Scared to trust or believe in anything being different again.

Until she met - wait for it ... Nick.

Yes, another Nick.

They were married shortly after. Same story - he was different from all the men she'd ever dated before.

And it happened again randomly when another coaching client surprised me on one of our calls to tell me she'd met someone new - and different, online on a dating site she'd decided to try. His name was also Nick - and they too headed on down the aisle.

Yesterday, a random email landed in my inbox from a woman asking if I remembered her. I'd coached her awhile back when she was in a rough spot trying to get over a guy she was still heartbroken over.

She got over him. And met ...

You guessed it - a guy completely opposite the guy I helped her get over, someone so different from what she'd known before. And his name just happened to be ... Nick.

I help women all over the world get over all kinds of men. With all different names. And I help them find the good ones because I know there are still so many of the good guys - yes there are! - looking for exactly the same women who are looking for them too!

But here's where it gets interesting.

There's been a common denominator here from my own anecdotal evidence, and his name is Nick.

But wait, because there's something more. My guy - my awesome guy that I met before I'd ever known another Nick in my whole life, also just happens to be named ... Nick. And it's his birthday today so he's more on my mind than usual!

So be on the lookout for a guy named Nick. There's something to this name.
