Looking back, I realize the number one thing that helped me the most during my search for true love was finding an experienced mentor who I could meet with one-on-one, and just talk through things with. For me, that mentor was a happily married woman that I worked with.

She was a woman who was exactly where I wanted to be – in a happy, long lasting relationship with a man that she loved and a family that she had created with him.

As we talked and got to know each other, I realized that she soon knew me better than I even knew myself, and she recognized what I wasn't able to see at the time. She helped me to see that the men I was choosing weren't in line with what I really wanted in life, and that was my biggest turning point.

Sometimes we all just need some outside clarity. You need help from the outside to get you unstuck - to get you out of the rut that you're in. To help you see past the obstacles that are holding you back. And once you do, you'll be so amazed at how clear it all becomes.

And that's where I come in.  As you know, I've been through it all, and I'm now in that place of love. I know what works and what doesn't, and I'd absolutely love to be your mentor and help you to find the kind of love that I've found with my husband.

One-On-One Live Coaching

I offer One-on-One Coaching at a rate of $495  for a 50 minute a-la-carte phone session.

I also offer a deep discount (nearly 50% off) for those who commit to longer term coaching (at least 4 sessions). The package is $995 and includes FOUR fifty minute phone sessions.

Most of my clients schedule one session per week, others do multiple sessions at a time, but you can choose whatever pace you like.

I've found that we can accomplish so much more for you in multiple sessions, continually building on the previous sessions, which is why I offer this discount. I encourage all of my clients to consider this package if they're serious about seeing some real and lasting results.

The majority of our time in the first couple of sessions are all about getting to know you and your specific situation, your history, etc.

It's where we delve deeper into what's behind your story, so we can uncover what's holding you back and figure out how we can get you to where it is you want to be. By bringing these blind spots and your back story into your awareness we can move forward into the life you want for yourself!

While I generally start with some basic foundational concepts, the benefit of the one-on-one coaching is that it's a very targeted and individual approach, and we can quickly pinpoint the approach that will work best for you.

It's a collaborative process that takes time to see the bigger picture. And that's why we start there; getting to know you so we can get to the "where do we go from here". You'll be surprised at how quickly you start attracting quality men once you recognize the things that are holding you back!

Email Coaching

I'm now offering an alternative for those who want all of the benefits of one-on-one coaching, but who have difficulty scheduling a 50 minute appointment and/or are looking for something more affordable.

Now you can get all of the benefits of private coaching with me, personally, with all of the convenience that email has to offer.

If you're the type of person who prefers writing over talking, or you like to have the ability to process through your thoughts and questions "on paper" before verbalizing them, then one of these plans will be perfect for you.

Whether you have a relatively simple question that you'd like my input on that can be answered in one or a few emails, or if you're looking for an affordable alternative to longer term coaching, there's a plan that's right for you.

I've had several requests for coaching via email, so I'm offering several different packages that I think will fit most situations. If you don't see a plan that fits what you need, please send me an email via this contact form (click here).

When I do extended coaching through email, we'll cover everything that I would cover in live phone coaching, but at a slower, more relaxed pace. You can go as quickly or as slowly as you like.

Benefits to email coaching:

• Everything is in writing so you can review and fine-tune your questions before sending, and you have a written copy of my response to review in the future.
• You'll have time to really sit with the ideas and concepts we talk about
• There's no need to look for a private place to talk on your phone - you can email from anywhere.
• No need to schedule time - you can write your email anytime you have questions on your mind, at your convenience.
• Fast response time - I'll answer your question as quickly as I can, typically within 48 hours (and often by the next day). I prioritize any questions marked "Urgent" (for example, if you're wondering how to respond to a text he just sent, or you have a quick question before going on a date, and need a fast answer). Just make sure to put "Urgent" as the first word of the subject line.
• You get the same experienced insight, delivered with the same warmth and compassion that you would get "in person".
• Email coaching allows us to get more "focused" and only discuss one question at at time.
• It's an excellent supplement to my programs - you can email me with any questions right as they come up while you're working through the program.
• I can guide you, step by step, by the hand through the exact process that I went through to find true love in my own life.

I offer various packages to fit just about any scenario:

• One detailed personal response to a single email (similar to the responses posted to my blog on Friday's) for $67.
• If you have more questions, or you think your question will require additional follow-up clarifications, I offer a 3-email package for $147.
• If you don't need ongoing daily access to me via email, but you know you'll have lots of questions over time, I offer a 10-email package for $297.
• If you'd like ongoing coaching with the ability to email me at any time, as often as you'd like, I offer 30 days of unlimited emails for $499.

Group Coaching

An online community coaching program where we can all engage more deeply with each other in this community we’ve built here.

My absolute favorite thing about what I do is connecting with so many beautiful, amazing women like you. And this platform not only allows me to connect with even more of you, but, more importantly, it allows us all to connect with each other, in a safe, private environment - without the entire internet watching!

So you can see you’re not alone in this.

So you can see that there’s nothing wrong with you.

So you can see that what you’re going through is very similar to what so many other gorgeous, capable, intelligent women are going through as well.

I’ve called it “Engage!” for that very reason. It's a safe place we've created for all of us to engage with each other and feel like we can truly be ourselves.

A place where you can see so many others out there, just like you! It’s a place to be able to connect with each other so we can have these very important discussions which absolutely need to be had. Conversations most of us just aren’t having right now, because we don’t have anyone to have them with!

It’s our own little private little corner of the Internet.

We hold two live coaching meetings per month with the community members, alternating between Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10 AM Pacific Time.

The calls are an online meeting format. During the meetings you’ll be able to talk to the group and hear the conversation - just as if we were all in the same room together. You can also type questions or responses into the chat box, as well as “raise your hand” if you have something you want to add to the discussion.

In addition to the private community meetings, there's also a private Facebook group for members only as a place to have additional discussions, share our stories and ask specific questions. This is where the real benefit comes in.

It's open 24/7, so any time you have an immediate concern about something he did (or didn’t do), said (or didn’t say), or maybe you need some quick feedback before or after a date - then you can simply ask the community members and get feedback very quickly. I’m often personally involved in the Facebook group and it's a very conversational space with all of us adding in our thoughts and experiences to benefit the entire group.

The group is very much a community of like-minded women, similar to the comment threads on the blog, but completely private.
