You've just been sent an email with important information regarding your purchase, which includes your login information to access the online program. You'll also receive a payment receipt from me, and you may receive an additional payment receipt from the payment processor that you chose (e.g. Paypal).
Please note, however, that some email and/or internet service providers block incoming emails, so read the instructions below carefully.
If you don’t see an email from me within 15 minutes or so, check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If my email's in there, either drag it to your inbox or click "Mark as Safe" (depending on which email provider you're using).
If you're a GMAIL user, check your "Promotions" tab - if my email is there, drag it over to your "Primary" tab.
To ensure you get all of my future emails, add jane@gettingtotruelove.com as well as mailer@infusionmail.com (my email provider) to your address book to make sure my emails won't be considered SPAM by your email or internet service provider.
IMPORTANT!
If you use Hotmail, Windows Live or MSN email, then you must follow these "whitelisting" instructions - otherwise you will very likely not receive some of the emails I send (including the email with the link to book your sessions):
Manually Add to Safe List:
- Click Options in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen.
- In the body of the page under Junk e-mail click the link "Safe and blocked senders".
- Click the link "Safe senders".
- Enter the email addresses jane@gettingtotruelove.com as well as mailer@infusionmail.com.
- Click "Add to list". That's it! You're done.
If there's no email from me in your SPAM or JUNK folder, and you don't see the "Welcome" email from me in your inbox shortly (within 15 minutes or so), then whitelist my email address (jane@gettingtotruelove.com as well as mailer@infusionmail.com), and then contact me by clicking here and I'll re-send the email with the instructions.
Please note that all emails from me for this course will be sent to the email address that you entered when you purchased the program (if you used PayPal then the emails will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account), and that email address will also be your username.
