You've just been sent an email confirming your purchase and registration. Prior to the event, I'll be sending out another email with all of the information you'll need to get ready for and participate in the retreat.
Please note that some email and/or internet service providers block incoming emails, so read the instructions below carefully.
If you don’t see an email from me within 15 minutes or so, check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If my email's in there, either drag it to your inbox or click "Mark as Safe" (depending on which email provider you're using).
If you're a GMAIL user, check your "Promotions" tab - if my email is there, drag it over to your "Primary" tab.
To ensure you get all of my future emails, add jane@gettingtotruelove.com as well as mailer@infusionmail.com (my email provider) to your address book to make sure my emails won't be considered SPAM by your email or internet service provider.
IMPORTANT!
If you use Hotmail, Windows Live or MSN email, then you must follow these "whitelisting" instructions - otherwise you will very likely not receive some of the emails I send (including the email with the link to book your sessions):
Manually Add to Safe List:
- Click Options in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen.
- In the body of the page under Junk e-mail click the link "Safe and blocked senders".
- Click the link "Safe senders".
- Enter the email addresses jane@gettingtotruelove.com as well as mailer@infusionmail.com.
- Click "Add to list". That's it! You're done.
If there's no email from me in your SPAM or JUNK folder, and you don't see the registration confirmation email from me in your inbox shortly (within 15 minutes or so), then whitelist my email address (jane@gettingtotruelove.com as well as mailer@infusionmail.com), and then contact me by clicking here and I'll re-send the email with the instructions.
